Women's Initiative for Employment: Lifting While Climbing

Women’s Initiative for Employment needed a video versatile enough to tell their story, inspire support, screen at their annual fundraiser, and thrive online.

After interviewing several program graduates, a clear pattern emerged: Women’s Initiative was the experience that changed their lives and made launching their businesses possible. Even more remarkable, these entrepreneurs created a ripple effect—empowering others, generating jobs, and strengthening the local economy.

To tell the story with depth and dimension, we combined a micro-documentary style with integrated statistics and a call to action, highlighting the organization’s impact. The goal was to not only inspire awe and admiration for these women entrepreneurs, but also to invite viewers to be part of this transformative story.
